Pampered Pet Parlor will not be responsible for any of the following: medical conditions or problems discovered during grooming, clipper burn, nicks/cuts, injury, or skin irritations and/or stressful effects that grooming may have upon a pet. Pampered Pet Parlor shall not be held liable for any after-grooming effects of de-matting, clipping procedures, or problems uncovered on a badly matted or otherwise neglected coat including but not limited to: itchiness, skin redness, bruising, nicks/cuts, or self inflicted irritations/abrasions from excessive external rubbing. By signing you understand that time and costs associated with de-matting are unpredictable and subject to the particular condition of my dog; consequently, you agree to pay whatever fees are incurred as a result of de-matting. Whether a pet is "matted," furthermore, is at the sole determination of Pampered Pet Parlor. You agree to pay all costs for the grooming of the pet including, but not limited to, special handling requirements, de-matting, re-bathing, kenneling fees, and fees due for missed appointments.

In the event of an emergency where a vet visit is warranted, Pampered Pet Parlor will contact you, where it will be your responsibility to take you pet to the vet and pay all associated costs. Pampered Pet Parlor cannot be held liable to any injuries. 

 

Pampered Pet Parlor is not responsible for any miscommunications about the services provided during an appointment. Pampered Pet Parlor reserves the right to refuse to groom any pet for the health and safety of the groomer and the pet. A muzzle may be used, or services discontinued or refused if Pampered Pet Parlor determines that a pet presents an unsafe condition. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: behavior issues, health problems, fleas, or parasites. 

 

By signing, you agree to inform Pampered Pet Parlor prior to grooming if the pet has ever bitten any human or another animal or has any aggressive tendencies whatsoever. You understand and agree that you will be held solely liable for any harm, injury, or property damage caused by your pet.
